SecureGuard is a moderation bot designed to assist Discord server administrators in maintaining a safe and enjoyable community environment.

- You must be the owner or administrator of the Discord server to add SecureGuard. - You agree not to use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - You are responsible for all content and actions initiated through the bot on your server.

SecureGuard may collect and store data related to server activities for moderation purposes. We will handle collected data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any type of data that may be collected by the bot will not be any type of personal data! All data collected is related to the server and nothing more.

- We are not liable for any unwanted actions to the server or members resulting from the use of the bot. You need to make sure the staff or members have the correct set of permissions in your server.

- SecureGuard's behavior is determined by predefined rules and configurations set by server administrators. - We are not responsible for the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcomes of the bot's actions like mentioned in #5.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SecureGuard for any reason without notice. - We may update or discontinue the bot's services without prior notice.

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of significant changes in the bot's support server.

- SecureGuard and its associated materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. - You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the bot without our explicit permission. This includes making "fake" versions of our bot to do scams or things similar.
